We have been registered and working in the ACT since 2014. Most of our work is outside, pergolas, decks and carports for Canberra homes, but we also take on renovations, bathroom and laundry upgrades, and the general repairs that need a builder who will just handle it straight.

We come out, walk the space with you, measure up and talk through what is realistic.

Frequently asked
Who actually comes out to quote the job?
Ben or Ryan. We do not send a sales rep out to measure, promise the world, then hand it off to someone else. One of us looks at the job, talks through what you want, and works out the quote.
Do you give written quotes?
Yes. We put the quote in writing so you know what is included before the job starts. If something changes because you change the scope or we uncover an issue, we talk about it before pushing ahead.
Do you take deposits?
For most booked jobs, yes. The deposit locks in materials and scheduling. We will tell you what is needed before you commit, not halfway through the job.
Who handles plumbing, electrical or other licensed trade work?
If a job needs another trade, we will tell you upfront. We can coordinate the work where needed, but we do not pretend to be something we are not. The right person does the right part of the job.
Do you take on smaller repair jobs?
Yes, if it fits around the larger builds and makes sense for the schedule. General repairs, patch-ups and small building jobs are part of what we do. Best thing is to call and ask.
What happens if something goes wrong during the build?
You speak to us directly. Building work can uncover surprises, especially on older homes, but we do not disappear or leave you guessing. We explain the issue, talk through the options, and keep it moving.
Can you help choose materials?
Yes. We can talk through options like Insulated roof panel, Flatdeck, Trimdeck, Spandeck, Polycarbonate, Laserlite, Composite, Merbau, Spotted Gum, Louvrescreen and Dominion cladding. We will keep it practical, what suits the job, the look, and the budget.
